Mahima Makwana is an Indian television actress who started her career with the role of Gauri in Balika Vadhu, followed by playing the younger sister Sonu in Sawaare Sabke Sapne... Preeto. She is known for her role of Rachna in Zee TV's programme Sapne Suhane Ladakpan Ke.[1][2] Presently she is making a debut into Telugu film Venkatapuram opposite Rahul.

Makwana was born and raised in Mumbai by her mother after her father's death. She is currently studying a Bachelor's in Mass Media. Mahima started her career with doing television commercials and episodics for shows like Aahat and CID.
