Career
Shah belongs to Gujarati family but was born in Maharashtra.[7] She worked as an assistant to choreographer Ganesh Acharya in films likeZameen and Khakee[8] and later started modelling, doing photo shoots and print ads.[9] Kannada director Harsha approached her for the film Chingari.[9] She played Ammu in the Kannada version of Bodyguard. She then shot for two item songs in Kannada filmBachchan and Hindi film Bloody Isshq.[10] She also did an item song ("Neeli Lomdi") in the Hindi film Khuda Kasam starring Sunny Deol,Tabbu.
Shah won the Miss Photogenic award in the MS Dombivli contest at a local mall when she was in 10th class.[7] She studied arts from Mumbai’s Khalsa College.[11] She later went on to become a model and worked under Ganesh Acharya for three years before getting roles in Kannada films.
