Archita Sahu is an Indian actress and model. She is known for her career as an actor in various Ollywood movies. She played the lead female role in several hit Oriya movies likeBabu I Love You, Mu Eka Tumara, Chocolateand Akashe Ki Ranga Lagila. Besides movies, she has recently achieved great success as a model. She was the 1st runner up in Pond'sFemina Miss India Kolkata 2013 and won Lakme Absolute Femina Miss Eyeconic eyes.[1] She also won Miss Talented and Miss Stylish Hair titles in the finale.

Sahu was born in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. She completed her schooling from D.M Schooland B.Tech graduation from KIIT University. She is also an Odissi dancer who has won National Scholarship in Odissi dance.[4] In 2004, she was crowned Miss Kalinga.[5] Her first Oriya film was O My Love in 2005.[6] To her credit she has many superhits and 100-day blockbusters.[7] She is now adjudged as the top actress in Oriya film industry.[citation needed] Besides acting, she is involved in modelling and social work.[citation needed]. She has received the Best Newcomer and Best Actress awards for her celluloid performances[citation needed] Her pairing withSabyasachi has been quite successful.
