Career
Rhea was born into a Bengali Hindu family.[8]She started her television career in 2009 withMTV India's reality show TVS Scooty Teen Diva[9] and was the first runner-up. Later on she auditioned to be a VJ at MTV Delhi and was selected. She has hosted several MTV shows including Pepsi MTV Wassup, TicTac College Beat and MTV Gone in 60 seconds.[1]
In 2012, she made her film debut with Telugu film Tuneega Tuneega playing the character, Nidhi.[10] In 2013, she debuted in Bollywoodwith Mere Dad Ki Maruti as Jasleen.[1] She played the character of Sonali in Rohan Sippy's film Sonali Cable.[11]
In 2017, She appeared in YRF's Bank Choropposite Riteish Deshmukh and Vivek Oberoi.[12] She also did cameo appearances inHalf Girlfriend and Dobaara: See Your Evil.
