[4]She is also a dancer, and has completed her medical studies in 2016 from Tbilisi State Medical University, Georgia.[5]

Sai Pallavi was born in Kotagiri,[6] Tamil Naduto Senthamarai Kannan and Radha. She has a younger sister, Pooja Kannan, who has also worked as an actor.[7] Sai Pallavi grew up and was educated in Coimbatore. She completed medical studies at the Tbilisi State Medical University in 2016.
